
Spicy Shrimp Coconut Palabok Curry Soup
INGREDIENTS:
1 pack Komeya 3Q Palabok 16 oz (454 g)
1 pc Medium-sized Onion (diced)
6 pcs Shrimp
½ tsp Curry Mix
½ tsp Pepper
1 can Coconut Milk 24 ml
1 pc Shrimp Cubes
1 tsp Salt
2 pcs Siling Labuyo (chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger (sliced)
1 tsp Chili Oil (optional)
PROCEDURE:
- In a pot, sauté onion, ginger, labuyo and shrimp, then add curry.
- Put water and cubes then let it simmer until shrimp is cooked.
- Add coconut milk the let it simmer for about 8-15 minutes or until on desired consistency.
- Add Komeya 3Q Palabok and cook until desired tenderness of noodles.
- Serve hot with chili oil on the side. Enjoy!
