Sotanghon Guisado in Tomato Sardines

INGREDIENTS:

1 pack Komeya 3Q Sotanghon   16oz (454g)
1.3 L Water
1 can Sardines (in tomato sauce) 155 g
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 pc Medium-sized Bell Pepper (sliced)
2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 Tbsp Cooking Oil
1/4 Tbsp Salt
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 pc Medium-sized Onion (sliced)
1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper
2 cups Cabbage (sliced) 250g
1 pc Small Carrot (thinly sliced)

PROCEDURE:

  1. Sauté onion, garlic, carrots, bell pepper and cabbage until tender.
  2. Add oyster sauce and sardines in tomato sauce then let it simmer for 3-5 minutes. Adjust with 1/2 cup of water for consistency.
  3. Add Komeya Sotanghon then simmer and cover for 3-5 minutes or until tender.
  4. Mix thoroughly until well-coated with sauce.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
