PROCEDURE:

 

  1. Soak  Komeya 3Q Bihon in lukewarm water for 15 minutes.

  2. Stir-fry beef, carrots, onion, garlic, bell pepper and mushroom then set aside.

  3. Put soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar in a pan, mix and dissolve them, then bring to a boil.
  4. Add the bihon once it boils, then mix until cooked. Add water if mixture dries up.

  5. Add and toss stir-fried beef and vegetables with cooked bihon.

  6. Serve and enjoy!

300g Beef Strips

100g Onion

40g  Garlic

150g Carrots

100g Red Bell Pepper

150g Mushroom (Woodear or Shiitake)

50g  Spring Onions

200mL Soy Sauce

200mL   Water

30mL  Sesame Oil

50mL Oil

150g Sugar

 

Add Sesame Seeds (as needed)
